- All Goods remain the property of Llanelli Bed Centre until payment is received in full
2 Free Delivery is within an 18 -mile radius of the store and goods to the value of fifty pounds and above. If the intial delivery has failed due to reasons beyond the control of Llanelli Bed Centre and the customer requests a secound delivery, a charge will be applied.
- Free Delivery is within an 18 - mile radius of the store and goods to the value of fiffty pounds and above.If the initial delivery has failed due to reasons beyond the control of Llanelli Bed Centre and the customer requests a second delivery ,a charge may be applied.
- The customer shall not be entitled to cancel the contract without written agreement of the Company signed by the director. In the event of such agreed cancellation the customer shall indeminfy the Company fully against all expenses incurred up to the time of such cancellation.
- A failed delivery due to the goods not able to enter the premises due to obstructions will incur the same conditions as set in Term 3 above.
- Collection of old mattresses or beds incurs a small charge.
- DEPOSITS ARE NON REFUNDABLE
